As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I take a collaborative approach: you're the expert on your life, I bring the clinical piece, and together we figure out what actually works for your brain. I offer appointments in person and by video, usually within the same week. My approach is neuro-affirming, which means I'm not trying to fix you. I'm helping you build systems that fit how you're already wired and adding medication support when it makes sense for you. Most of the people I work with are students, recent grads, and folks navigating that first messy stretch of adulthood, dealing with ADHD alongside anxiety, low mood, or sleep that refuses to cooperate.
